[리빙인테리어=디아티스트매거진] 아름답고 싱그러운 실내 정원을 품은 독특한 매력의 주거공간이 시선을 모으고 있다. 스페인 바르셀로나 그라시아 지구에 위치한 오래된 아파트를 리모델링해 만든 90㎡(27평) 크기의 이 집은 바르셀로나를 사랑하는 노르웨이인 부부를 위한 세컨드 하우스로 디자인되었다.

과거 여러 개의 공간으로 분할되어 어둡고 답답했던 공간을 밝고 개방적으로 리모델링한 이 집은 거실, 주방, 식당, 실내 정원, 마스터 침실, 욕실, 현관으로 구성되어 있다.

화이트 컬러로 깔끔하고 세련되게 마감된 이 집은 싱그러운 기운이 가득한 실내정원이 만든 생기 넘치는 분위기와 다양한 기능을 내장하고 있는 붙박이 수납장으로 완성한 효율적이고 실용적인 공간 활용이 돋보인다.

실내정원으로 들어오는 자연 채광이 밝고 쾌적한 공간을 유지하고 있는 공동생활공간은 거실, 주방, 식당이 모두 오픈된 L자형으로 설계되어 개방감을 더했다.

오크 나무로 고급스러움을 더한 빌트인 싱크대는 다양하고 효율적인 수납공간을 확보하고 있는 것은 물론 스마트 도어로 열고 닫는 것이 자유로워 미사용 시 깔끔한 공간을 유지할 수 있도록 했다.
